I bought an industrial building in 1991 and met Matthew then as he was doing its
maintenance prior to my acquisition. I have since had him doing maintenance on all of my
projects. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I trust him to the point that I give all my
tenants his direct number if they need anything done. Matthew decides if it is reasonable
and appropriaate, and if so, he will do it without my needing to approve it. (By the way, he is
the only person I have the confidence to do that with). I have him do many special projects
and oversee related matters. For example, he is now working with a neighboring landlord
to solve a drainage problem being caused on our property, he coordinated with the City of
Tempe on a pipeline construction project which affected our systems and he just finished
comine up with a break-in solution with cactus and roll down shutters on another project
that was being burglarized.
South West Lawn Care is one of the most practical solution orientedcompaniese I have
encountered and I would be lost without them. All my tenants enjoy working with them.
